Met with tons of different higher up management personell. They seemed to prioritize a few different things. 1. Be sure you convey your ability to take initiative to get work done. They do not want someone who needs to be managed very closely. 2. Be sure to make sure the HR person that you work with believes that you really are a perfect fit for this position. They want someone who believes that this is the only position for them.

Got an interview at the career fair on campus. Behavioral interview on campus the next day of the fair. 2 people interviewed me and asked a lot questions pertaining to my resume and various situation based questions about projects and my experience.
