Entrevista
The interview was very detailed and pleasant. The first round was with the hiring manager and then a panel for the second round. There were multiple questions asked but it was a very nice interview with the panelist.
Smooth and has 3 rounds. First round was screening, second interview was more technical and the 3rd one was an intro call with the top leaders
Should focus on the understanding agile and scrum questions.

Entrevista
The first interview lasted more than 90 minutes and it was very technical. A lot of questions following one the other, despite I am already a senior in this position, and no room to get to know me personally.
The second interview was with a head of department, lasted only 30 min, no space was given to me to ask questions and it was all about them sharing the huge workload people have to face in the company.
