Extremely professional and quick interview process. The HR Dave who contacted me, was a warm person and me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Hiring team asked sensible and practical questions including good amount of technical questions too. 1. Hr contacted from LinkedIn 2. Phone screen (technical and previous work experience) 3. In person interview conducted in 3 rounds. First round was purely technical with three senior tech engineers, second round was with senior technical manager, third round was with director. All rounds many technical questions were asked plus few hr questions.
Puzzle questions - find lighter marble among 9 marbles, 5 pairs of socks( b n w) in a dark room, given single chance to go inside room and pick up one good pair with blind fold

- Had a call from a recruiter asking details about my resume and letting me know about next steps.
- Had an interview with a Engineering Manager and passed the next stage.
- Later they cancelled the interview saying they found someone better.

I applied online for the Intermediate Software Engineer position and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening interview. The interview was scheduled, and I attended on the agreed date. I answered all the questions and was told that a coding interview with a software developer would be arranged. However, after that meeting, I never received any follow-up email with the interview details. I even sent a follow-up message to check on the status but never received a response. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after the initial screening.

The process was simple - I applied through a referral.
First talked to HR on a phone & then did a virtual interview with one of the managers.
I failed the virtual interview despite passing the coding/problem solving. Maybe I didn't give project based answers properly.
