Two round of interviews with quantitative researchers of Point72, questions about motivation, probability tests and some brain-teasers. There is a behaviour test, logic reasoning, before the first round (phone call) of interviews. When successful, you get another interview with the same type of questions.

Horrible. Scheduled a Zoom call. The interview only asked about my past internship experience 3+ years ago. They specifically only asked things that should be under NDA. Felt like they were trying to find out what other companies do. Very unprofessional.

Q: In this firm that you worked that, how do you think they measure the performance of their strategies.
(Follow up ) Q: If you were them, how would you do it (I said I was an intern and they never told me).
Someone referred me, and a recruiter emailed me to schedule interviews. First interview was with the PM, and following interviews were with the team members. I have 4 interviews total.

Asked me about my resume, and some questions about linear regression and other ML algorithms.
One phone call, asked two questions the first being some sharpe ratio optimization question in stats, the other being some code optimization question. smart guy didn't live up to his standards
