This company routinely posts looking for a Store Manager, when they are not hiring for one. I applied for said position, and when interviewed, found out they were only hiring for Part Time Sales. When I inquired about the job posting, my concern was brushed off by a simple explanation that the company "always posts for this job title". Which makes no sense at all. People looking for Part Time work, will not apply to a Store Manager role. People looking for a Store Manager role, will not apply for a Part time position. This excuse is not only poor in practice, but this company wasted my valued time, and seemingly didn't care that the job I was clearly applying to, wasn't vacant nor offered. Job seekers beware of this company. Online job recruitment sites should have an option to report posting practice complaints. I would love to help someone else avoid having their value time wasted, as I did from Point Zero.
