The interview was less stressful and formal than other consulting interviews I've had. I enjoyed talking with the recruiter. The case interview also was not difficult! My interview was over 2 years ago so I don't remember everything, but overall it was pretty easy. The people at the company are very personable and they value that.

They will definitely ask about your relevant experience to the role if you are applying as an undergrad
Made it to the second interview. First round was some basic questions and an example situation exercise. Before the second interview a writing prompt was given. It was then discussed in the interview along with other questions.
it was standard interview process got to final round before getting rejected which they were very gracious about giving me feedback. this is not something that i have experienced in other recruiting its nice that they took the time to give feedback
