Very easy interview...1 case study to review and comment about. The overall impression of Point B was that they were a "Contracting Body Shop" w/ Benefits. There seemed to me no career path or say into which projects you could work on. I passed on subsequent interviews.

You are a consultant going to visit the CEO of a hotel who claims to have unlimited money and resources but does not know what to do w/ his company?? What do you ask him and why?
The process included a phone screen and three online interviews. My only frustration was being told I’d receive an update after the final round and then being completely ghosted afterward, which felt unprofessional.
Felt mostly like a conversation which was great. Clearly they were doing their homework to make sure I'd be a good fit culturally and have the horsepower to do the work.

Entrevista
Overall a pretty standard consulting interview process. First was an HR call to assess overall fit to the company and culture, then a few case study rounds of about 1.5 hours each, then a final offer call.
