I would like to echo the sentiment of several other reviews here -- the HR and Recruitment resources are lovely and clearly have a shared focus on treating applicants with respect. That being said, I also agree with some on here that there are airs of "you'd be lucky to work here" that seem to stench up far too many Silicon Slopes companies in Utah County.
After a very quick and successful HR screening, I spoke 1 on 1 with a hiring manager about partner product integrations at Podium. The role seemed fairly technical overall but not to the point that you'd need to be an engineer or have numerous certifications. The manager mostly asked culture and how do you think type of questions. No more than a week later, received a form email rejection with no further explanation. I'm qualified for this type of job but can handle a more specific rejection than "we went with someone else, good luck."
And while HR I believe is still great here, I did email my direct recruiter for more useful feedback and was surprisingly ignored.
