Several rounds of interviews. They are looking for cultural fit and also if you have the drive to succeed. They care less about resume and more about who you are as a person. They really want to see numeric proven success from the past jobs.

It wasn’t a bad interview, but it seemed like the people interviewing were a little frazzled. Maybe a long day? Got the job and it all worked out, but wasn’t the greatest first impression.

REALLY DIFFICULT - Don't plan on just applying and getting in- You have to be an A+ player if you want to get in with the sales org. Study hard and know what Podium is.
