The interview process includes a brief chat, followed by an interview you would find at any company to discuss in more depth your CV, and you then have a culture interview to see if you're a good fit for the company and you see them as fit for you too.

What company has most negatively affected the world? (Something along these lines - culture interview).
Friendly, thorough and honest feedback given despite not being successful on the job I interviewed for I was offered an alternative role within the business and given an explanation as how they saw potential progression from there.
