Interview Process at PocketFM:
First Round: Conducted by a Senior SDET. The discussion focused on my past projects and my contributions.
Technical Assessment:
Solved a Java problem on maximum subarray.
Debugged a REST Assured project with some intentional errors.
Outcome of Round: The discussion went positively, and I was able to solve all the tasks successfully.
Post-Interview Experience:
Despite following up 2–3 times, I did not hear back immediately.
Later, I found out that the position had been filled.
About two weeks later, I received an official rejection email.
Summary: The technical round was engaging and went well, but the communication after the round was delayed, and the role was eventually filled before a formal response was shared.
