After being referred by my housemate who works at Plusnet, I submitted my application—including my referee’s contact details—and was subsequently invited to a first-stage interview. This took the form of a structured 30-minute phone call, during which we discussed my professional background, the role’s key requirements, and the next steps in the recruitment process.

Had to perform a mock call from a customer whilst I was assessed on my response to their enquiry. I was asked about what I believed good customer service was and my understanding of some of the companies products.
