Applied online, got a response after 3 days to schedule a phone screen. Quick phone screen with recruiter happened 2 days later, who then sent over quizzes and a programming problem to solve. I didn't know the technologies covered by two of the quizzes, so I spent a day training on those technologies, then took the quizzes. Heard back shortly after that the scores were great, then a week or so later got scheduled to talk to team members via video.
Video interview for an hour with team members was great. Maybe half technical, half personality. No hard programming problems, they just wanted to look at some code I'd written and they asked about ways I could improve the code to be more scalable, how else I could test it, etc.
Three days later, interviewed with the manager for an hour. It was a geeky conversation about technical things and personality things. Very enjoyable. I heard back a couple hours later that they were preparing an offer, and got the offer the next business day.
