Applied via school site and was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Manager to complete an online assessment. Although I did not make it through the assessment, I truly appreciate the follow up email I got from the manager regarding my scores (which was lower than the minimum) and their decision to move forward with other candidates for the same. This little act of feedback was highly commendable.
