I had a really positive interview experience. I met with four different team members throughout the process, which gave me a strong sense of the role and the team dynamic. I was also asked to put together and present a slide deck, which I really enjoyed. It felt like a more real way to show how I think and work, rather than just answering questions. Overall, the process felt intentional, welcoming, and very human. It’s clear the team cares about the candidate experience and finding the right fit for the role.

There were multiple steps but Playbook really kept the pace moving forward! I had a few virtual interviews team google meet and then provided a candidate exercise which was a presentation based on scenarios that the operations team felt would showcase candidate experience
