The interview process was frustrating. The call quality was poor, with noticeable distractions from the interviewer’s side, making it hard to focus on the conversation. Despite the job description not mentioning the requirement, I was quickly dismissed due to not having shipped a game in Unity, even though I have experience with it and have shipped a game in Unreal Engine. The overall experience was disheartening, and I felt that the interviewer didn't give me a fair chance to showcase my skills beyond that one criterion. A clearer job description and a more professional interview setup would have improved the experience.
