While the interview with the Plant Manager was productive, the meeting with the VP of Operations was primarily focused on his career achievements. The scheduled interview with HR was brief and lacked a formal structure. Despite assurances of mileage reimbursement, I have not received compensation for the travel expenses incurred. Additionally, I have not received any communication regarding the status of my application, despite sending a follow-up thank-you email. This experience highlights a missed opportunity for Playpower to demonstrate a professional and candidate-centric approach to the hiring process.
