Once I have submitted my application for the call center agent position, I received a call the following day from HR to arrange for a suitable day to do a team interview. I scheduled an interview which was conducted over teams, The interview was easy, the interviewer was very friendly which made the process a pleasant one, After the interview, I received feedback the following day.

It’s very relaxed, I applied for the student position, they did a group interview and the interviewer was very kind and friendly. They also get back to you fairly quickly.
