Got a call - was explained about the company and project and then was asked to give a coding assessment - which was nice and all but once that round is done - nobody really cares about your application. I was told that I will get an email with details about next round. Next round was setup but the interviewer never called. Later I was asked to give more dates - again no one called/responded. Pathetic process - totally burned the enthusiasm for start-up I had.

the software engineer emailed me over piazza and sent me two questions to complete in 3-5 hours. i replied back with the solutions, and the next day i got a reject mail. When I asked about the feedback, and what was wrong in my solution, I got no reply. Is this a joke ? Please do not waste your and others time.
