Was contacted online by HR and was invited for onsite interview. The interview was exactly similar to what other people have described here so I will not go into details. What I hated about the process was how they put you in a room to do questions with no active participation from anyone in the company. Why call me on site if you don't even want to talk to interact with me? The HR person seemed nice and friendly but the guy interviewing me seemed a bit off. I could not understand half the things he said and he did not seem really keen on talking much or learning about me. He asked questions using incomplete sentences and did not properly answer the questions I asked about the company. The interview time was just way too long specially since you are just sitting in one room without any bathroom breaks, lunch breaks etc.

First interview was by phone with the HR, second was a Skype interview with that same person. After that i was asked to complete an app that does a network call and some animations. I sent the completed app and was told by that HR to expect an answer in a week. It has been a month, tried to contact them by email to follow up but no response. Advice: give feedback even if negative.
