5 Minute intewrview + Paper and pen Exam (timed) + Behavioural Interview
It is a small office and it appears that the business model is - body shop: you get sent to work on customer site and never see the head office again. Salary is below average. Looking at other ads by same company, it appears that it aims to import staff from overseas, e.g. garantees work visa for 2 year tenure in offshore location.
Was a 4 round process which spanned over a period of few weeks Where they gauged your problem solving abilities and analytical thinking skills It was also followed with a training session for a week and a written exam as the last step

First call was with the TA, it was a phone interview screening.
This was followed by a test online.
Last was the Interview with hiring manager on teams virtually.

Entrevista
First phone screening, then online exam. After passing the exam, a zoom interview is booked. All within 2 weeks. Result come back fast as well.
Online exam is not difficult. Around 25 questions.
