Started off well. Applied on LI and their internal recruiter reached out to me. We had a good conversation and then he had me take 2 assessments. Couple days later he said I "crushed it" so set me up with the hiring mgr. Said the process would include a call with the HM and then her boss, then an offer.
They scheduled a short (30 minute call) with the HM...it seemed to go really well and she said that the next step would be to talk with her boss, the President of Sales. After not hearing anything for a few days I followed up with their internal recruiter and he said they were at sales kick off and he'd get back to me in a couple of days. That was a month ago and the last time I heard from them. I sent a total of 4 messages to the HM and the recruiter and never got a response.
Ghosting is never acceptable. This was for a director level role and with a company the size of PlanSource I didn't expect to be ghosted. Pathetic and unprofessional, not to mention they both lied to me.
PlanSource HR, tell your people in the recruiting process to grow up and act professionally. I will NEVER send any business your way...will actually do the opposite and tell them to AVOID.
My advice is to steer clear of this company due to questionable culture.
