Worst Interview process and they will just conduct tons of rounds to waste the time of candidates, at last, they send one generic message stating they found a better candidate. Why are they not candid in giving feedback for a person who spent a significant amount of time

This was possibly the worst interview process I've ever experienced. The recruiter was impossible to reach. When I heard from her she was very high energy, very excited. Then she would go completely dark. I drove from out of state to interview with 5 people. The first person was a no show so they had me interview with someone else who didn't ask me any relevant questions- no questions about my sales processes or how I became a multi-million dollar performer. Of the other 4 interviewers, not one was on time. Everyone was late and cut me short. The agenda they gave me in advance seemed great but it wasn't what I experienced. I followed-up with everyone I met with afterward and didn't hear back from any of them. I never heard back from the recruiter. I was told my expenses would be reimbursed, and they were, but only after several back and forth emails with a sales assistant. She was the most professional person in the bunch. It was a complete waste of my time.

One of the gentlemen I spoke with talked about himself and his background for 20 minutes before asking me a single question. He asked me if I enjoyed going to President's Club, and then spent the last 10 minutes of our time together describing PlanSource's President's Club. He didn't want to know anything about me. Someone else I met with asked me superficial questions directly from my resume and quizzed me about my college football team. It was as if no one was truly interviewing me, and no one seemed prepared even though we all had a copy of the same agenda.
Thank you for your perspective on the interview process. I'm sorry you had such an experience. This is unlike our interview process and certainly not a norm.
