I met recruiters/employees at a college career fair, had to fill out a questionnaire (10 questions), then did a final round interview with the company. Great culture and training program to start out and gain FINRA Licenses. The position involves answering inbound client calls, but there is no cold calling. Overall, a great group of professional people willing to help and guide you through each tier of the program.

The interview process was over zoom due to Covid-19. It began with a phone screening, then led to a questionnaire and finally a marathon 4 interviews with 6 employees in one day. Overall a good experience which showcased the company and job duties very well.
