Friendly enviroment. It was an easy interview in a few words. Asking simple questions, mostly about me and how I handled several situations in the past. Then they asked some simple technical questions that were very easy to answer.

Lots of interviews without a respond(4). At the 4th interview , with the head of the department they took a picture of me, they said it's required for the process. They didn't answer my calls. They called me 3 years later to do an interview for the same position.
