I applied on a Wednesday, had an interview on a Thursday and started working that Saturday. I had a friend put in a word for me. They were hiring a lot of people for a new store that was opening.

The process was very straight forward. I received a call for an interview. About 3 days after I had the interview. Management asked some questions and I was hired on the spot.

2 interviews- one with each store manager, interview is usually in store at a table while other people dine around you. Dress is pretty casual. Questions weren't difficult. Just about why you want to work there...are you a people person...have you served before...my interviewer didn't ask for a resume.
Training was nonexistent....I was shown once how to answer the phones and then on my own.
