Tuve tres entrevistas, la primera con RRHH, la segunda con un Team Leader y la tercera con un Director . Hubo una comunicación ejemplar y el trato fue muy humano.

La entrevistas fueron muy diferentes lo que se aprecia mucho porque no tuve que repetir 3 veces lo mismo. En una entrevista repasamos mi experiencia profesional y deseos, otra bastante enfocada a describirme el puesto disponible en Pixie y en la tercera se habló mucho de éxito comercial, alcance de resultados y mis expectativas a 3-5 años.

Entrevista
I contacted one of the two CEOs of Pixie on LinkedIn who immediately redirected me to the right person in charge of recruitment. We had a first phone call of 25 to 30 minutes, and 2 days after my application I was able to get a first interview of 1h30 with the CEO and the following week a second interview of 1h with the second CEO.
I appreciated the fluidity of the exchanges, the follow-up and the transparency of all the people involved in the recruitment process.
I am very happy to have received the congratulations of the 2 representatives for my hiring within this beautiful structure.
