(used this page on indeed to study for my interview, so wanted to give my input as well!)
Really great interview process. First interview was over the phone with the recruiter. They just wanted me to elaborate on my past work experiences, why I want to work in animation, and know my personality. They were very warm and welcoming and didn't make me feel intimidated. Next interview was with several pairs of managers that all asked me behavioral questions. Again, all of them were very kind, honest, and you could tell they really were listening to you and wanted to know you more. The recruiter gave me a basis of what questions I'd be asked in my second interview, and I really prepared for it. So happy to now work for this company!

Great process - maybe a little slow, but recruiters were always available for questions. Half-hour phone call with the recruiter led to 1 and 1/2 hour in-person interview at Pixar, meeting with 3 2-person interview teams. Unfortunate that I did not get the job, but I was certainly given a great shot at it, and look forward to hopefully interviewing again in the future.

Entrevista
I've interviewed with them a couple of times--both in person and over the phone. They manage to present themselves as open, inspired and friendly, but ultimately they're a big corporation. I don't think I'm meant to be a cog in the wheel.
