I had a 30-minute initial screening phone interview with the recruiter, 45-minute virtual interview with the regional director, and 60-minute in-person interview and tour of the clinic with the clinic manager.

Friendly staff, easy process. Got to see the clinic I would work in, meet all the staff, and ask all questions I had which were answered thoroughly. Not intimidating for a new grad at the location I was at.
