We’re really sorry that you left unsatisfied with our hiring process.
We look for certain competencies for each position, but in some exceptional cases a key skill can be taught if other skills or a fit for the role meet or even exceed expectations. Because of this, it’s a mark of how impressed we were with your abilities that you made it to the third round, and we would have not interviewed you that far if we did not believe that you were still potentially a good fit for the role.
However, not everything can work out all the time, and in this case, we decided not to proceed. We will have shared detailed feedback with you as to what went well and what went less well where hopefully you can find some more clarification. We’re also still happy to help, so if you have any questions about this feedback at all you can reach out to the recruiter who worked with you throughout the process and they will find answers or more details for you.
