4- manager of my manager - trying to explain to be how the job is really like to see if I really want it
They want to get to know you and see if you fit in the company, so read a bit about their principles. They are all very welcoming, you will feel good during the process. I think they want someone with a good vibe and who is willing to work hard.

They ask a lot how you would handle difficult situations, like receiving a lot of "no‘s" from clients, how you are at work when you are not in a good day (what they can expect from you)
