I applied online and they contacted me around 2 weeks later. They gave me a coding challenge to complete and it was two questions and I had 24 hours to complete so it wasn't too bad. After I submitted, it was around 2 weeks later I got word that they wanted to have a phone interview. The screen wasn't too bad. They asked me about a look and say problem and then put a twist on it and made it more and more complex as I answered along. I believe what they are looking for is someone who can fully finish what they expect a solid candidate can answer and then perhaps add a bit more. I was able to almost get to the improving/analyzing of the runtime but not quite. I had finished writing my recursive methods and time was up. So be quick but accurate too! They expect top-notch students/candidates. It's not hard at all to achieve what they want but it does take a lot of practice.
