3 step interview. First was an HR screen with Jaidan. She was incredibly kind and provided quite a bit of information. I felt like she did a great job asking pertinent questions and answering my questions. Second, was an interview with the hiring managers. And finally, third, was an in-person interview to see how you get along with the group.

Overall I had a great interview experience with Pinnacle, and specifically with Elena McDermott. She was very friendly and responded to any and all of my questions promptly and helpfully. It took about two and a half weeks to submit my application, go through the interview process, and then to receive a job offer; I think this is a very appropriate amount of time because it did not feel rushed nor did it drag on too long or leave me waiting for the next step for any extended period of time. I enjoyed the interview experience, and the only thing I wish went a little differently is that I wish I had known when the expected start date for the position would be so that I could give my current (now previous) employer a 2 week notice.
