Entrevista
I was interviewed remotely and the recruiter was kind enough to schedule the interview on my home country's working hours, which I am thankful for. The questions weren't difficult and they people were quite nice and respectful. Unlike other applicants, they didn't ask me to do anything or ask anything out of line. They said I would hear from them in the coming weeks, so let's see. Hope this helps for future applicants.

Entrevista
First is a phone screening with HR and providing a writing sample. Next is interview with your direct leadership. My interviewer (now boss) was very considerate. This is a place where they really try getting to know who you are vs. getting straight to the “sell yourself.” It felt a lot like a conversation about my knowledge in the field of risk management/ intelligence. The final interview is a panel interview with the client you’re matched up with, which is typically similar questions, sometimes more relaxed.

Entrevista
First interview with HR was incredibly difficult, with detailed questions about the pharma industry. HR did not seem interested in my answers and yawned throughout, which I found very unprofessional. It seemed like they were in a rush to hire and got me to the second interview within a few days which was a panel interview of 5 people. I was nervous about it at first, but everybody asked good, standard questions and was very friendly. However after this I got ghosted completely and never heard back.
