HR screen, CCAT (study for this!), personality/character test, Manager interview, assignment, 2 hour panel interview with assignment discussion and some code challenge followed by questions. Overall, it was a good experience. I think I did good on the CCAT (at least I finished all 50 questions in 15 minutes) and I did OK on the assignment. The interviewers were cordial and nice to talk with. This is the first time in 20 years in the biz that I didn't actually get a chance to discuss my proven track record. The assignment was cool to be able to showcase our skills a bit.
