I applied online and within days had an in-person interview. The interview was very awkward. The owner was narcissistic and intimidating. After I gave him my cover letter, he immediately shoved it back to me and said he wasn't going to read it. It appears online that the company has a fun work environment, but in reality, everyone seemed unhappy and never smiled. The vibe in the office was much to be desired. He brought in two more people to interview me, and one lady was the same way, intimidating and over-powering. Overall, I didn't get a good vibe from this office or its employees. My advice is to move on from this company.
