I got selected as an HR Executive in campus recruitment by pinclick. The process included a GD round and a supposed personal interview which was cancelled due to lack of time (since there were two campus placements going on) and all the candidates got selected on GD basis.*

The GD round was average yet challenging. The topic I got was pros and cons of Social Media. We had to put our points uniquely and then they added a challenge to it, that was to make the serious problems seem funny.
