I was interviewed by the founder for 2 rounds. The first round was on call, and it was not scheduled earlier. I got a call, and they asked a few questions and told me about the role. The second round was scheduled virtually, and it started 30 minutes late from the scheduled time. It was more on a discussion side rather than an interview. I was given a day to clarify any doubts, I messaged the founder but never heard back from him or any other employee. No feedback was given.
