I went in and filled out an application at the bar. I handed the application to the bartender whom took it to the back. Luckily the GM was there that day and he brought me back to discuss my application. We spoke for a bit, he asked me to sell him the salt and pepper shakers on the table and then he hired me on the spot. It was pretty simple.

Very simple interview process. Spoke about business environment, asked about my food and beverage experience, explained future expansion and opportunity at new location.

Straight forward, in person interview. The interviewer asked about my experience as a restaurant server. Was asked what I knew about Italian food and wine. Specifically, asked me to name some Italian wine varietals. Called within a few days to offer the position.
