I met with one of the management online (not the CEO). We didn’t go through my portfolio, but they asked some questions, and talked about how they had an 8 week training I had to do and then they’d let me know if I was officially on board if I was a good fit and if I felt I was too. They let me know what my pay would be, and talked about the work culture.
