The technical interview asked common questions involving technologies and practices that are widely used in tech company these days (e.g. CI/CD, git flow, sync/async). For the coding test, don't worry about being told to code data structures, trees, or explaining big O notation, they don't have that which is good. But still, it doesn't test your development skill, just pure logic. The second phase is a psychological test and an English test. The psychological test is whatever. The English test challenges your contextual grasp of the language and the ability to actually have a coherent conversation.
