Entrevista
1) HR Round
it will take just 1 hr to 1.5 hr to complete and easy as much.
2) Technical Round
technical round conducted by IT manager and it is full of scenario based questions ( to avoid actual working issues) not based on theory or books that you prefer to learn.
3) Selection/Offer letter process
day 2 selection confirmation cum joining letter you will get in your hand as well as all documentation process will be conducted.
