Very rigid, formal, and formatted interview process. Involved a chaperone employee to "guide" through the interview process beforehand. Stressed the STAR technique during interview; very off-putting, quite frankly. Interview is a full day with several one-on-one interviews, a presentation, and panel interview. The panel interview is the group that you are interviewing for, although they can place you differently if offered the job. Personally, my experience was that if you did not adhere to their format, they won’t make an offer.
