The Philips recruitment process works through a Recruiter who pre-screens the resume of the candidate to present to the hiring Manager. I had a phone interview with the Recruiter who vetted my resume and decided that I was a viable candidate to be sent to the hiring Manager to schedule a face-to-face interview with. After scheduling the face-to-face interview with the Manager, the Recruiter called back to then give me some prep and background on the job description and asked me to follow up after the interview. For the interview, I met only with the hiring Manager. The interview process was really straight forward and I was informed of the timeline for a decision/offer to be made. During the week after my interview I was offered the position and I accepted.
