Spoke with HR interviewer for about 20 minutes. He seemed to he in a hurry so conversation was superficial and quick. He seemed to want to share more about his reason for calling than finding out how I qualify for position

Are you interested in moving forward to the next steps?
The interview was generally quite informal, without many technical or complex questions as I may have expected. Process took over 3 months to finalise the contract after being offered the role.
3 rounds of interview. Took 3 months as they short list. Not complex gave to meet different departments. By the time the head of apac sees you more or less you got the job
