Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Philips (Cambridge, MA) en may 2016
Entrevista
It was an all-day interview with multiple 1-hr back-to-back interview meetings with different staff members, members of the team as well as supervisors. Most conversations were in person, however, there were as well video conference interviews with members of the European team. In addition to the interviews I was asked (in advance) to give a one-hour presentation to the staff members.

Phone screens with full day interviews. It also has a 1 hour research presentation. The interview is quite structured -- some of them individual and others are team presentations. There is also a HR interview at the end. I felt that the interviews could be a bit more technical, sometimes the questions are asked from the talk that you give.
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Philips (Briarcliff Manor, NY) en may 2011
Entrevista
Phone interview with one person, then 9 in person interviews together with a live presentation in front of the group. The presentation was well attended, and questions were not too tough. In person interviews were varied, going from testing just culture fit to checking technical skills. Each one-to-one interview lasted about 45 minutes. Make sure you have questions to ask them after each interview. They want to see good research credentials, but also a compelling reason to come to corporat\e research.
