It was a panel interview with 3 people- a dept director, a supervisor, and a peer. The entire experience was like rapid fire questions. Two of them asked standard and some behavioral questions, the other just stared at me. I also felt like they asked you to explain some social work theory and what techniques you like to use. It was an awkward situation. My advice to them would be to tell the interviewee that it will be a panel interview. Additionally, to make the interview feel more welcoming, not a like hostel environment.
