The overall interview experience is very good .
The interview process is as follows :-
1.Technical Exam
2.Group Discussion
3.Technical Interview
4.Hr I nterview
And coming to the interview experience firstly i have completed with my technical examinations where the questions consists of some of the aptitude , reasoning , and on some of the technical concepts like html, Java script, SQL,etc..And after that i have entered into the Group discussion and after clearing these two rounds we have entered into the interview panel where the technical recruiter have gone with multiple technical and soft skill related questions after the completion of the technical interview they said we will be getting the mail weather we have cleared our technical round or not after week days i got a mail that i have selected to the hr interview and the process continues and have fantastic hr interview ,at last got the mail that i got selected into the phenom organisation.

The First round is written exam
After that next round is GD
and next Tr post that Hr the phenom took interview process with good organized structure

1.Aptitude assessment: Complete the assessment
Technical Interview: asked technical questions related programming languages which are mentioned in job description
HR Round interview : told about company culture and roles asked some HR interview questions
