The process moved quickly. My initial interview was with district manager, then just a few days later I had a second interview with the same district manager. After passing both of those, I met with a member of the team, then the regional manager for a final interview. All in all, the interview process only took about 2 weeks total.

Tell me about a time you had to manage conflicting priorities. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.

Theres a lot of interviews 6 to be exact. Virtually, Physically and even has exams. You have to excel and be confident so you can get this job. Be knowledgeable enough and study what is being a sales rep is.
