Here’s the interview process: First HR phone screening then hiring manager video interview and final panel with team members and stakeholders. Not too long process. Feeling they are not really in a hurry to hire

What do you consider as success in 30-day in the role
2 rounds of interviews. The first round was conducted by senior manager and HR, some simple and basic question asked. Presentation required in the 2nd round. It was not challenging in general.
